About Me

I am an economist with interests in development economics and finance. My research interests lie at the intersection of finance, development economics, and political economy of development. Particularly on the questions of firm performance and behaviour in developing countries, the political economy of public investments, state capacity and domestic revenue mobilisation, financial markets, urbanisation and development and how institutional change affects economic development.

I hold a B.A. in Development Economics (Microfinance), MA. Economic Policy Management and a PhD in Economics.
